Banana Finger Biscuits

Great for a trip, snack or in the school lunch box.
Ingredients:
4 bananas
8 ounces rolled oats
8 ounces wholemeal flour
8 ounces sugar
8 ounces butter
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 eggs
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Mix oats, sugar, flour, butter and soda.
3. Blend in eggs and mix to a stiff dough.
4. Place half in a 9x9 silpat pan (or greased).
5. Slice bananas on top of this.
6. Place the other half of the mix on top.
7. Bake to golden brown.
