Banana Crunch Cake

This is a very nice and refreshing cake that is creamy, moist, bananey and nutty. Love it and hope you do too.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 cup flaked coconut
1 cup rolled oats
3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup butter
1-1/2 cups sliced very ripe bananas
1/2 cup sour cream
4 eggs
1 package yellow cake mix with pudding
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 then grease and flour tube pan.
2. In medium bowl combine flour, coconut, oats, brown sugar and pecans then mix well.
3. Cut in butter with fork or pastry blender until mixture is crumbly then set aside.
4. Combine bananas, sour cream and eggs then beat at low speed until smooth.
5. Add cake mix then beat 2 minutes at high speed.
6. Spread 1/3 of the batter in greased and floured pan then sprinkle with 1/3 of the coconut mixture.
7. Repeat layers 2 more times using remaining batter and coconut mixture.
8. End with coconut mixture then bake for 55 minutes.
9. Cool upright in pan 15 minutes then remove from pan and place on plate coconut side up.
10. Cool 1 hour then serve.
