Banana Crumb Muffins

The crumb topping is what makes these delicious muffins so delicious
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 tspn baking soda
1 tspn baking powder
1/2 tspn salt
3 ripe banana's, mashed
3/4 cup white sugar
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/3 cup butter, melted
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
2 tblspns all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tblspn butter
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. Lightyl grease 10 muffin cups, or line with muffin paper.
3. In a large bowl, mix together 1 1/2 cups flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
4. In another bowl, beat together bananas, sugar, egg, and melted butter.
5. Stir the banana mixture into the flour mixture until just moistened.
6. Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups.
7. In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, 2 tblspns flour, and cinnamon.
8. Cut in 1 tblspn batter mixture until resembles coarse cornmeal.
9. Sprinke topping over muffins.
10. Bake in preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, until a toothpick inseterted into center of muffin comes out clean.
