Banana Cream Rum Pudding

Very easy dessert. I serve this in a wine glass and usually top it with a blob of Cool Whip. Looks elegant and tasts terrific. Can be done ahead as well.
Ingredients:
1 sugar-free banana cream pudding mix (4 servings, if unavailable use vanilla pudding mix)
2 cups low-fat milk
1/2 teaspoon rum extract
1 large banana, sliced
1/3 cup seedless raisin
4 graham wafers
ground cinnamon
Directions:
1. Prepare pudding mix per instructions using milk and rum extaract.
2. Stir in banana slices.
3. Spoon into cups.
4. Garnish with graham wafer pieces.
5. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
