8 large muffins, 13 grams of protein each made with 95% organic ingredients
Ingredients:
3 bananas
1/2 c unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup liquid egg whites
1 c soy milk
1/3 c sugar
3/4 c whole wheat flour
1 c soy flour
1 1/2 oz soy protein powder (1 1/2 scoops)
1 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3 tsp unsweetened cocoa
1/2 c chocolate chips
Directions:
1. mash bananas
2. mix in wet ingredients
3. mix together dry ingredients
4. add dry ingredients to wet
5. add chocolate chips
6. bake at 375 for 18 - 20 mins
