Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins

Adapted from a Cooking Light recipe. Still playing with the amount of banana in this and the cooking time. I like my muffins very moist and flavorful but healthy too.
Ingredients:
2/3 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 large eggs
1 cup mashed banana
1/3 cup 2% low-fat milk or 1/3 cup soymilk
1 2/3 all-purpose flour
1/2 cup ground flax seeds
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup mini chocolate chip
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Combine first three ingredients in large bowl: beat with mixer until well blended. Add banana and milk: beat well.
3. Lightly spoon flour into dry measuring cups; level with knife. Combine flour, flax seed, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Mix well with whisk. Add to sugar mixture. Stir until just barely moist and add mini chocolate chips. Just stir lightly folding them inches.
4. Spoon batter into 12 count muffin pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350 for 18- 20 min ( depending on your oven.) Cool in pan 5 min, remove from pan.
