Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins

Best Wheat, Dairy and Eggs Free Muffins. My kids love them and no one will know that it is free of some allergens.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup earth balance margarine
3 mashed bananas
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup rice milk
1 teaspoon cider vinegar
2 cups spelt flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon allspice
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup non-dairy chocolate chips (pc decadent semi-sweet chocolate chips)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven at 350°F.
2. Spray muffin tins or line with paper cups.
3. In a large bowl sift flour, baking soda, salt and spices together.
4. Add Cider vinegar to milk and let stand.
5. In another bowl, cream together margarine and sugar. Add mashed bananas, milk and vanilla.
6. Add all the wet ingredients to the dry and mix well.
7. Fold in chocolate chips. Pour mixture into muffin tin.
8. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
