Ingredients:
125 g banana
2 tbsp chia seed
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp vanilla
Directions:
1. In a blender, combine water, half of the banana, chia seeds, and vanilla. Then pour into a bowl and allow to thicken on your counter or in your refrigerator for 15-30 minutes. The longer you leave the chia pudding, the thicker it will become. Once your pudding has had time to set, top it with the remaining banana (thinly sliced). Enjoy!
