Banana-Butterscotch Syrup

Very good with banana pancakes!
Ingredients:
6 tablespoons butter
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1 tablespoon light corn syrup
2 bananas
1/4 cup whipping cream
Directions:
1. Melt butter in medium saucepan over medium heat.
2. Add brown sugar and corn syrup, bring to a simmer and cook and stir for 1 minute or until sugar melts.
3. Add bananas and cook and stir 5 minutes or until bananas start to give up juices.
4. Add whipping cream; bring to a boil.
5. Serve warm.
