Freezing banana slices the night before makes this creamy beverage extra thick and cold. The smoothie can be served alone or paired with a handful of whole-grain dry cereal or a granola bar for a filling breakfast.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup 1% low-fat milk
1/2 cup crushed ice
1 tablespoon honey
1 large ripe banana, sliced and frozen
1 (6-ounce) carton vanilla fat-free yogurt
Directions:
