Ingredients:
1 cup ice cube
1/2 cup almond milk
1 medium banana, peeled, sliced, frozen
1 medjool dates, pitted and chopped
1 tablespoon unsalted almond butter
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in blender in the order listed. Blend on high speed until smooth. Serve immediately.
