This is a great low-cal bread!
Ingredients:
4 tablespoons smart balance butter spread
1/4 cup applesauce
2 eggs
2 tablespoons skim milk
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup mashed banana
1 3/4 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
Directions:
1. Beat together liquids add bananas.
2. Combine dry ingredients; put in pan.
3. Bake at 350°F for 60 minutes.
