1/2 c splenda for baking |
1/4 c egg beaters |
2 c flour |
1/4 t. salt |
1/2 c applesauce, unsweetened |
3 ripe bananas, mashed |
1/4 c pecans, chopped |
1 t. baking soda |
Directions:
1. beat sugar and egg until lemon colored 2. add flour, salt, applesauce and bananas and stir until mixed 3. add nuts and soda-mix lightly 4. bake in muffin tins (either with liners of buttered lightly) at 375/30-40 min. toothpick in center will be clean when done. |
