Banana Bread (Made with Rice Flour)

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups rice flour
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Mash bananas, add eggs and beat with banana til foamy, add dry ingredients and mix til moist. Bake at 350 for about 1 hour
