Whole Wheat and no oil= Delicious Banana Bread!!
Ingredients:
2 medium bananas
1 cup sugar
2 large eggs
2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
3 tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup applesauce
Directions:
1. Mix bananas and sugar.
2. Add eggs, mix well.
3. Sift in dry ingredients.
4. Add milk, vanilla, and applesauce.
5. Put in 2 small loaf pans. Bae at 350 for 40 minutes, checking with toothpicks after 30 minutes.
