Banana Bread from Granny's Book

I found this in my Grandma's cookbook. It's also a good way to use up bananas that have gone south. These also freezes well. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and then in tin foil.
Ingredients:
2 eggs
1/2 cup margarine
1 cup sugar
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sour milk, use milk with a squirt of lemon juice
1/2 cup nuts, leave them chunky
3 mashed bananas
Directions:
1. Cream the butter and sugar together.
2. Beat in 1 egg at a time.

5. Pour into greased, floured loaf pan.
6. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to one hour.
