delicious no-fat banana bread
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
2 egg whites
1 cup banana (about 2 bananas mashed)
1/4 cup applesauce
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Stir together dry ingredients and then add applesauce, egg whites and banana.
3. Pour into a greased 8x4 loaf pan.
4. Bake for 50-55 minutes and let cool before slicing.
