So many times we have to forgo some of those favorite Treats when we want to lose a few pounds. Remember We can have it all especially with recipes like this one . What a bonus when we can make something where nothing is lost when it comes to taste , texture and flavor. Read more . Hope everyone enjoys it as much as my Family does.
Ingredients:
3 medium mashed bananas
1/2 cup fat free miracle whip ( not mayonnaise)
2 large egg whites (1/4 cup)
1 1/2 cup white whole wheat flour( in canada robin hood nutri flour)
1/3 cup coarsley chopped pecans
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
2/3 cup splenda
1/3 cup sugar
Directions:
1. Preheat oven 350*
2. Spray non-stick bundt pan set aside
3. Finely chop pecans more
4. Combine all dry ingredients and mix very well including nuts.
5. In small bowl whisk eggs until almost soft peaks . Add Miracle Whip and Bananas.
6. Add banana mixture to dry ingredients and mix well. Spoon into prepared pan. Smooth top and bake 30-35 minutes until done.Do toothpick test and let top brown otherwise may be too wet and will become gummy.
