Ingredients:
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3 cups whole wheat flour
2 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 egg whites
1 egg
2 cups banana (6 small)
0.67 cups splenda
1/2 cup applesauce
Directions:
1. Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
2. Separate egg whites and slightly beat, banana, sugar, and applesauce.
3. Stir flour mix into banana mix until just moistened.
4. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes.
