Ingredients:
1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
2/3 cup organic sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1 cup bananas, ripe, mashed
1/3 cup organic butter
2 tablespoons 2% milk
2 organic eggs
Directions:

Mix dry ingredients
2.
Mix wet ingredients
3.
Mix together with electric hand mixer
4.
Pour into greased 8x4x4 inch loaf pan
5.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 55-60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
6.
Cool.
