Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 1/3 cup applesauce

Directions:

  1. Grease bottom and sides of a loaf pan. Combine four, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt in a bowl.
  2. In a medium bowl mash bananas and combine with combine eggs, sugar and oil. Add all at once to flour mixture. Stir until just moistened, mixture will be lumpy
  3. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
