Naturally sweetened and healthy banana bread
Ingredients:
2 -3 ripe bananas
1/2 cup applesauce
1 egg
1/4 cup wheat flour
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
2 tablespoons flax seed meal
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/8 teaspoon sea salt
Directions:
1. Set oven to bake and preheat to 350 F / 180°C.
2. Combine wet ingredients and mix.
3. Add dry ingredients and mix
4. Bake for 30 minutes.
