This is a very simple banana bread. Very easy to make and very banana-y. My kids love it.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup margarine
2 eggs
2 bananas
1/3 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups flour
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Grease bottom of 9x5 loaf pan.
2. Combine sugar and margarine, beat until light and fluffy.
3. Add eggs, beat.
4. Add bananas, milk, and vanilla, blend well.
5. Combine flour, nuts, baking soda, and salt.
6. Add to banana mixture, mix well.
7. Pour into greased pan, bake at 350 for 55 minutes.
