Mom's Banana Bread
Ingredients:
1 cup sugar substitute
1/4 cup butter
2 cups bananas
1/4 cup 2% low-fat milk
1/4 cup light sour cream
2 eggs
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 13-15 minutes in muffin pans.
