The Absolute Best Banana Bread!!!!
Ingredients:
2 eggs
2 cups sugar
1/4 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon almond extract
1 cup canola oil
2 large mashed bananas
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups flour
Directions:
1. In a separate bowl, add lemon juice to milk to sour.
2. Add first six ingredients including soured milk. Mix well, add the next 5 ingredients and mix well again. Add the 2 cups flour one at a time.
3. Grease and flour baking pans.
4. Bake at 350°F for 1- 1 1/2 hours (45 minutes for smaller loaf pans).
