Banana Bran Oat Muffins

Muffins I made up this morning to use up some over-ripe bananas. Pretty healthy and quick too.
Ingredients:
1 cup whole wheat flour
3/4 cup white sugar
1/4 cup rice milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 1/2 very ripe bananas, mashed
1 egg
1/2 cup quick oats
1/2 cup unprocessed wheat bran
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Mix wet and dry ingredients separately, and then combine.
3. Pour into greased muffin tins (makes 6).
4. Bake for 30 minutes at 350°F.
