Banana Bran Bread

A delicious breakfast or quick snack that can be made quickly and stored for future use. I make 2 loaves, and freeze one for later or I end up eating it all in one go!!!
Ingredients:
1 cup bran flakes
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup splenda granular, sugar substitute
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
2 egg whites
1/4 cup skim milk
2 tablespoons water
2 medium bananas
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
2. In a large bowl, crush the bran flakes, I just crumble them in my hands, then add the rest of the dry ingredients and mix well.
3. In a separate small bowl mash the bananas with the water then add the egg whites and milk. Mix these in well.
4. Add the liquid mix to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough is formed. Spoon this into a greased loaf tin and bake for approximately 35 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the centre comes out clean.
