This is one fruity blend. That will make your family will be asking for more. Feel free to experiment with other juices, sherbet flavors and frozen fruits. You'll be surprised and delighted with the number of tasty combinations you can come up with. Each serving is 1 cup. Diabetic Exchanges: 2 fruit. This recipe came from Debbie Nelson. I found it in Light & Tasty magazine. I have not tried this recipe, but I'm posting it for safe keeping.
Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups orange juice
1 cup raspberry sherbet
1 large frozen firm banana, sliced
1 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries
1 cup frozen blueberries
Directions:
1. In a blender, combine all the ingredients in the order listed; cover and process for 30 seconds or until smooth. Stir if necessary.
2. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately.
