A simple and yummy start to your day!
Ingredients:
3/4 cup yogurt
1/4 cup milk
2 bananas, frozen
3/4 cup berries (your choice, i like blueberries. you can also do a mix)
ice cube (optional)
Directions:
1. Pour yogurt and milk in a blender, then add fruit and optional ice cubes.
2. Blend until desired thickness.
3. Enjoy!
