Breakfast smoothie Berries & banana Vary ingredients by taste
Ingredients:
7 tbsp milk, 1 dl
9 3/4 tbsp water, 1.5 dl
2 tbsp yoghurt
1 banana
3 tbsp strawberries, or_other_berries
1 tsp flaxseed oil
7 tbsp oatmeal, 1 dl
1/5 tsp cardamom, ground
1/5 tsp ginger, ground_or_fresh
Directions:
1. Mix all in mixer.
2. Berries can be frozen.
3. Add soyflour if you want to.
4. I prefer blueberries
