Ingredients:
3/4 cup apple juice
3/4 cup strawberries or 3/4 cup raspberry juice
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 ripe banana
1 scoop strawberries or 1 scoop raspberry sherbet
1 scoop vanilla frozen yogurt
1 cup ice
Directions:
1. Into a blender it all goes and whirl until smooth.
