Another smoothie experiment gone right! Yummy! Course this could be more like a milkshake.
Ingredients:
1 cup skim milk
1 banana
1/2 cup strawberry
1/4 cup blueberries
1/4 cup cottage cheese
1 tablespoon honey
splenda sugar substitute, to taste
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions:
1. Blend together in blender.
2. Drink!
