Banana and Triple Berry Smoothie

As a mom to three little ones (3 under 3!) I sometimes find myself unitnentionally skipping meals. This is a yummy, nutritious smoothie for those times!
Ingredients:
1 cup low-fat plain yogurt
1 cup frozen mixed berries (blue berries, raspberries and blackberries)
1 medium ripe banana
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 dash cinnamon
Directions:
1. In a blender, add all ingredients.
2. Blend on high for 1 minute.
3. enjoy!
