1 slightly unripe frozen banana, cut into chunks
1/2 cup natural sugar-free yogurt
2 1/2 cups strawberries
grated nutmeg (optional)
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except nutmeg in a blender and puree until smooth and creamy. Pour into a glass and dust with nutmeg.
