Bamboozled Berry Cheesecake Shake

Ingredients:
3 scoops vanilla ice cream
2 ounces whole milk
1 tablespoon berry compote, plus more for topping, recipe follows
1 slice prepared cheesecake with graham cracker crust
1 ounce berry-infused vodka, optional
whipped cream, for garnish
1 cup blackberries
1 cup blueberries
1 cup raspberries
1 cup strawberries
1 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. In a blender, add the ice cream, milk, berry compote and cheesecake. If an adult version is desired, also add the berry-infused vodka. Blend all ingredients until smooth. Transfer to a glass and top with whipped cream, berry compote and serve.

4. Add the blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, sugar, 1/4 cup water and salt in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from the heat and allow to cool completely.
