Ingredients:
3 tablespoon(s) olive oil
2 large onions sliced
3 tomatoes sliced
1/2 teaspoon(s) cumin seeds
4 black peppercorns
2/3 teaspoon(s) ground cardamom
1 cinnamon stick
1 teaspoon(s) chili powder
1 teaspoon(s) garam masala
1 garlic clove minced
1 teaspoon(s) fresh ginger
1 1/2 pound(s) skinless, boneless chicken breasts diced
2 tablespoon(s) plain yogurt
2 tablespoon(s) cilantro chopped
2 fresh green chilies seeded and finely chopped
2 tablespoon(s) fresh lime juice
Directions:
1. Heat oil in a large skillet.
2. Add onions and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, for 10 min or until golden.
3. Add the tomato through ginger and season with salt to taste.
4. cook stirring constantly for 5min.
5. Add chicken, cook and stir for 5min.
6. Cover and let simmer 10min, stiring occasionally.
7. Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients.
