Ingredients:
1 kg chicken wings
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
3 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
2 scallions, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon mustard
1 garlic clove, minced
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and pour over chicken, coating thoroughly.
2. Marinate in refrigerator for 8 hours or more, turning occasionally.
3. Bake for 60 minutes in 180 C oven, or until tender.
4. Bake for an extra 5-10 minutes on 250C if crispiness is desired.
