3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar |
1 tablespoon dijon mustard |
1 small garlic clove, minced |
1 teaspoon shallots or 1 teaspoon red onion, minced |
1 pinch dried thyme |
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil |
1 pinch salt |
1 pinch pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine balsamic, mustard, garlic, shallot, and thyme. Whisk in olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. |
