Ingredients:
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 small garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon shallots or 1 teaspoon red onion, minced
1 pinch dried thyme
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
Directions:
1. Combine balsamic, mustard, garlic, shallot, and thyme. Whisk in olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
