Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups balsamic vinegar
3 tablespoons brown sugar
3 sprigs fresh rosemary, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, crushed and cracked away from the peels
Directions:
1. In a small saucepan, combine vinegar, sugar, rosemary, and garlic.
2. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low.
3. Simmer 10 minutes to thicken sauce.
4. Remove garlic and serve with your favorite meat.
