Balsamic Maple Salad With Strawberries

This salad is simple and easy to make; a quick and perfect lunch. It is healthy and sweet, with an extra kick from the balsamic vinegar! Also great with leftover chicken :)
Ingredients:
your favorite greens (i used chopped romaine lettuce)
sliced strawberries
raisins
diced avocado
sliced almonds
a handful of shredded parmesan
for the vinaigrette
two parts balsamic vinegar
one part pure maple syrup
one half part olive oil
a splash of fresh lemon juice
pinches of salt, ground black pepper, oregano
Directions:
1. Whisk all of the vinaigrette ingredients together in the bottom of a bowl.
2. Add your greens, strawberries, raisins.
3. Top with avocado, almonds, and parmesan.
4. Toss & enjoy!
