Balsamic & Garlic Beans

A very quick and easy side dish of vegetables to serve.
Ingredients:
500 g green beans, trimmed
2 garlic cloves, crushed
2 tablespoons fresh parsley leaves, chopped
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
3 teaspoons olive oil
2 tablespoons almonds, flaked and lightly toasted
Directions:
1. Cook the beans in a saucepan of boiling water for 2 to 3 minutes or until tender and drain.
2. Place the garlic, parsley, vinegar and oil in a screw-top jar. Secure the lid. Shake to combine.
3. Place beans on platter. Pour over garlic mixture add toasted almonds and serve.
