Master Baking Mix (Low Fat Bisquick Substitute)
Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour, enriched
1 c whole wheat flour
1/4 c wheat germ
1 oz oat bran
1/2 cups nonfat dry milk powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup canola oil
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients in food processor using a metal blade, or with an electric mixer.
2. Slowly pour in the oil as the machine is running.
3. Scrape the sides of the bowl with a rubber spatula.
4. Mix thoroughly once again.
5. Store in a covered container in the freezer.
6. makes 5 cups of mix
