Baked Yams With Hazelnuts

Although yams are usually made for Thanksgiving, my husband and I enjoy these all year round...especially in fall or winter!
Ingredients:
6 yams, cut into quarters
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 tablespoons real maple syrup
1 cup chopped hazelnuts, toasted
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake the yams with the skins on until fork tender. Pool and place in a casserole dish. Mash the yams with a fork and mix inthe butter and maple syrup. Sprinkle the toasted hazelnuts on top and bake for 25 minutes.
