Wonton crisps that are low in fat and calories and taste good too.
Ingredients:
12 wonton wrappers
non-stick spray coating or 2 tsp. margarine ,melted
2 tbs. parmesan cheese,grated
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. basil
Directions:
1. Spray a 10 1/2 x 15 1/2 cookie sheet with non-stick spray coating. Cut wonton wrappers in half diagonally and place on cookie sheet. Spray wrappers with spray or brush with melted margarine. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and basil. Bake at 400 for 4-5 mins. or till crisp
2. Hint: Sesame seeds,minced garlic or any combination of herbs ma be used instead of,or in addition to parmesan cheese
