Baked Turkey and Jack Cheese Chimichangas

Katie's Weight Watcher recipe - she was able to make it herself
Ingredients:
1/2 lb lean ground turkey
16 oz fat-free refried beans
2 3/4 cup salsa
4 oz canned green chilis
1 tsp chili powder
1 cup shredded reduced-fat monterey jack cheese
8 wheat flour tortillas
1/2 cup fat-free sour cream
1 tbsp minced garlic
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Brown Turkey with the garlic. Add beans, 1 3/4 cup salsa, green chilis, chili powder. Cook until heated through, then add cheese.
3. Warm tortillas.
4. Assemble chimichangas with about 1/2 cup mixture in each tortilla. Bake in oven for 20 minutes. Serve with salsa and sour cream.
