Note: this really calls for 1 lb of firm LIGHT tofu, but the analyzer wouldn't calculate for that, so I adjusted the quantity to reflect the amount of cals and fat are in it. Also note that there is really 8 grams of protein in a serving using firm light tofu, not the 6.7 grams listed here.
Ingredients:
100 g tofu, firm
6 tbs soy sauce
2 tsp honey
2 tsp balsamic vinegar
1 1/2 tsp fresh ginger, grated
1 tsp minced garlic
Directions:
1. Press tofu to drain. Slice into 1/2 inch slices. Place on nonstick baking tray (they should be pretty crowded). Mix the rest of the ings and pour over tofu slices. Bake 30 min. or so at 400. It's crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside.
