I love this recipe because it has a mixture of good flavors and its cheap. For me, I had all of this stuff laying around the house because we love fish in my family. Enjoy!!!!
Ingredients:
4 tilapia fillets
cooking spray
12 ounces baby spinach
1/3 cup soy sauce
1 pinch onion salt
1 pinch pepper
1 pinch garlic powder
1 tablespoon old bay seasoning
4 ounces tomatoes
1/2 sweet onion
Directions:
1. Spray your baking dish with cooking spray and add spinach.
2. Sprinkle spinach with onion salt and pepper.
3. Add soy sauce.
4. Rub old bay over the tilapia.
5. Arrange the filets over spinach and sprinkle with chopped tomato and onions.
6. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until the fish becomes flaky.
7. You can substitute onion salt with onion powder if you want less sodium and they sell a sodium free soy sauce also which is what I used for this.
