Baked Summer Tomatoes

Use only the best tomatoes! :)
Ingredients:
4 medium ripe tomatoes
salt and pepper
2 green onions, minced
1 garlic clove, pressed
1/2 cup chopped parsley
1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions:
1. Cut tops off tomatoes.
2. Gently squeeze out some of the juice and seeds.
3. Salt and pepper inside.
4. Combine remaining ingredients and spoon into tomatoes.
5. Place in greased bakind dish.
6. Bake at 400F for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
