Baked Stuffed Jalipeno Peppers

perfect spice fallowed by cool cheese with the mix of zesty rice its perfect to go along side all your mexican dishes
Ingredients:
6 large peppers
2 cups uncooked rice
1 medium onion chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil and butter
spice for rice: as much as you like
chili powder
cumim
blackpepper
cayanne pepper
smoked salt
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup vinager with the recomended amout of water for rice
1 block full fat cream cheese
1 cup fresh grated sharp cheddar cheeese
Directions:
1. heat your oil and butter to medium heat
2. sweat out your onion when clear and cooked you can add rice and stir around for a few minuted maby 5 then add all your spice ketchup then your vinager,water cook as package listed.
3. take your peppers and split down the middle now how ever spice hot you like it you can leave in the white fleshy part of the pepper for alot cooler spice you can take that and the seeds out with a paring knife
4. spread a thick layer of cream cheese in the bottom of your peppers
5. add a few spoons full of your cooked rice and place a whole wapping hand full of cheddar cheese on top and repeat with all your pepper halfes
6. bake in a 350 oven for 10 min or until your cheese is gooeying all over the place
7. enjoy!
