A baked St. Andre ( A soft ripened triple cream cheese)
Ingredients:
1 whole camembert (or sinfully substitute st. andre)
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 cup sliced almonds
4 sliced apples
lightly toasted french baguette
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
2. Place the Camembert on an oven-safe serving dish.
3. Brush the top with butter and toss the nuts in the remaining butter.
4. Scatter the nuts over the top of the cheese
5. Bake in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the cheese softens and the nuts are lightly toasted
6. Serve surrounded with apple slices and baguette slices
